The Boys’ Brigade is an international movement with companies in more than 60 countries. Founded by Sir William A Smith in 1883, it is the pioneer of uniformed youth organisations. In Singapore, the BB is recognised by the Ministry of Education as an approved CCA in Schools and it is registered as a charity under the Charities Act 1982 (Registration No. 0067). Springfield Secondary Boys’ Brigade is also known as the 23rd Singapore Company. 2. The Boys’ Brigade provides a fun, meaningful and challenging programme of spiritual, physical, enrichment and social interests guided by volunteer adult leaders who serve as Officers. In the 23rd Company, our Boys are constantly stretched to become better leaders and persons through the various activities. 3. We welcome all boys to join the 23rd Company. • Participate in fun, meaningful and challenging activities. • Develop physically, socially and spiritually. • Realise your leadership potential. • Be mentored by adult leaders who take a personal interest in your development. • Be a part of the 23rd BB Family! |
